Refund policy

Failed renders

If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused packs

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Contact us through the contact page with the email address on your account.

Used credits

Credits spent on renders that completed are not refundable, because the video model has already been paid for. If a completed clip is clearly broken — the wrong person, or a corrupted file — contact us and we will review it.

Expiry

Credits from a pack are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
